This policy explains how Mevzi processes your personal data in line with data-protection regimes across the GCC, and Kuwait in particular. By using the platform you agree to this processing.

• Account data: name, email, and your Google or Apple sign-in identifier.

• Verification (KYC) data when selling: what is needed to verify identity and pay out funds.

• Transaction data: orders, listings, messages, addresses and payment references (we do not store full card data — that is handled by Tap).

• Technical data: device type, usage logs and strictly necessary cookies.

• Analytics & marketing data: collected only after you consent via the cookie panel.

We process your data to fulfil orders, payment and shipping; to verify identity and prevent fraud; to provide buyer protection and resolve disputes; to improve the service and communicate with you; and to comply with legal obligations.

We share only what is necessary with trusted processors: Tap (payments), Aramex (shipping), Entrupy (luxury authentication), Resend (email), and Supabase (hosting and databases, ap-south-1 region).

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights of the platform and its users. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes, after which we delete or anonymise it.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data; to withdraw consent to analytics and marketing at any time via the cookie panel; and to object to certain processing.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the platform (session, language, security) that cannot be turned off. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the site footer.

We apply the highest standards: transport encryption, strict row-level security (RLS) that denies by default, login and audit logging, and error monitoring. No system, however, is completely secure.
