Terms of Service

Mevzi is an Arabic-first, peer-to-peer marketplace for pre-owned fashion, operating from the State of Kuwait. It offers two experiences: Souq for everyday resale, and Fakhera for luxury items authenticated through the Entrupy service.

Mevzi is an intermediary connecting buyers and sellers and providing payment, shipping and protection services. Sellers are independent individuals; we are neither the seller nor the owner of the goods.

You must be 18 or older to create an account and use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Sign in with Google, Apple or email only.

We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling selling or paying out funds; you may decline, but will lose access to those services.

The seller warrants that they own the item and are entitled to sell it, that the description and photos are accurate and current, and that the item is authentic.

Luxury items in Fakhera are not published for sale until they pass Entrupy authentication; until then they remain in a “pending authentication” state, hidden from buyers.

Counterfeit, stolen or otherwise unlawful items are strictly prohibited. We may remove any listing and suspend the account without prior notice where a violation is suspected.

Order totals are computed exclusively on our servers from the seller’s listed price and the approved fee schedule; the browser never sends an amount. All amounts are in Kuwaiti Dinar to three decimal places (fils).

Fees include the buyer fee and seller fee and, where applicable, authentication and delivery fees. You see the full breakdown before you pay.

Payments are processed by our provider, Tap. An order is considered paid only after Tap’s signed confirmation; only then does fulfilment begin.

Shipping is via Aramex or the available pickup option. Delivery fees for the selected option are shown before payment.

The seller must prepare and hand over the item for shipping within the stated window; otherwise we may cancel the order and refund the buyer.

All sales are final, except where an item arrives not as described or is proven inauthentic. Return details are in the Return & Refund Policy.

You have 36 hours from delivery to open a dispute if an item is not as described. Seller funds are held in escrow until that window closes or the dispute is resolved.

Completing any transaction off-platform is prohibited; doing so voids your buyer protection and may lead to suspension.

Fraud, impersonation, review manipulation, or any use that harms the platform or its users is prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to run the platform securely and reliably, but provide it “as is.” Mevzi is not a party to the sale contract between individuals.

To the extent permitted by law, Mevzi is not liable for indirect damages, and our maximum liability is limited to the value of the disputed order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
